About the Role:
The Lead/Sr Lead in HRBP delivery will be responsible for managing comprehensive human resource functions and fostering robust business relationships with stakeholders in the Nagpur location.
This role involves overseeing employee lifecycle processes including confirmations, performance management, and addressing grievances. The incumbent will conduct regular employee connect sessions to address employee concerns and ensure legal compliance in HR operations.
Engagement activities will be planned and executed to bolster employee satisfaction and productivity.
Job Responsibilities:
* Conduct employee engagement activities
* Perform RAG analysis
* Organize & Facilitate SKIP Meetings
* Analyze attrition rates & retention metrics
* Ensure compliance with POSH guidelines
*Manage leave & attendance systems
* Address employee grievances in a timely & effective manner
* Implementing employee retention programs aligned with organizational goals and satisfaction
* Streamline data management and reporting using HR software.
* Apply analytical skills to deliver insights for strategic employee relations and retention.
Shift Timings: Rotational shifts (Fixed shift) with 2 fixed weeks off (Sat-Sun)
Minimum Qualification- bachelor’s degree in human resource
