๐ About the Role โ Tier 3 Support Engineer
As a Tier 3 Support Engineer, you’ll act as the vital bridge between our Support, Engineering, and Product teams. You’ll dive deep into customer issues, analyze logs, work with APIs and dev tools, and ensure problems are resolved effectively.
This is not a coding role, but a strong understanding of technical systems and clear communication are key to success.

๐ ๏ธ Key Responsibilities
- Resolve complex issues escalated from Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams
- Troubleshoot bugs using logs, APIs, browser dev tools, and basic code review
- Escalate issues to Engineering with clear documentation and reproducible steps
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize and track resolutions
- Identify recurring technical problems and suggest long-term solutions
- Build internal tools, scripts, or documentation to streamline future support
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and mentor junior support agents
- Participate in incident management and keep stakeholders updated
โ Who Should Apply
Weโre looking for someone with:
- Prior experience in technical support, QA, or solutions engineering
- Strong troubleshooting skills with modern web apps (React, REST APIs, etc.)
- Ability to read and understand code (JavaScript and backend logic)
- Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL), AWS, and web server basics
- Proficiency with Postman, GitHub, Jira, and observability tools (Datadog, Sentry)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
๐ Bonus Points (Nice to Have)
- Experience supporting SaaS platforms (especially in design or content management)
- Knowledge of SAML/SSO, Salesforce, DAMs, or enterprise integrations
- Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash) to improve internal support processes
- Comfort working cross-functionally with developers and product managers
