In this high-impact position, you’ll drive excellence in account setup and management processes across systems and regions. You’ll collaborate with global teams, ensure policy compliance, and play a pivotal role in automation and digitization efforts.
🛠 Key Responsibilities of Senior Analyst:
- Define quality control measures for account setup accuracy.
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure adherence to internal policies.
- Analyze account error trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Support system testing and UAT for new features in account setup.
- Maintain and enforce master data standards across platforms.
- Design and implement data validation rules and quality controls.
- Align account setup processes with global stakeholders.
- Monitor and lead initiatives for data integrity and cleansing.
- Participate in ERP/CRM migrations and data mapping activities.
- Develop dashboards tracking master data KPIs and policy compliance.
