Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Technical Support Analyst to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production control and technical support within mainframe and distributed environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and configure automated job schedulers (e.g., CA-Jobtrac, CA Workload Automation, BMC Control-M).
- Handle batch processing in IBM Mainframe environments running z/OS 1.9 or newer.
- Utilize TSO/ISPF, VSAM, Sequential, PDS, and GDG datasets effectively.
- Develop and troubleshoot Job Control Language (JCL) scripts and IBM utilities (IDCAMS, IEBGENER, IEBCOPY).
- Resolve scheduling and production issues across Mainframe, Windows, and UNIX platforms.
- Operate Problem Management Systems such as Remedy, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- 6 to 10 years of experience in production control or technical support roles.
- Proficiency in enterprise job schedulers and batch processing systems.
- Strong knowledge of mainframe operations and distributed systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
