We are hiring Technical Support Engineer who are passionate about solving customer issues and enhancing the Microsoft experience. This role will immerse you in cutting-edge technology, AI-enabled support systems, and a culture built on innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.
This is a Microsoft onsite-only role.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue Resolution: Own, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues using advanced tools and best practices.
- Knowledge Sharing: Participate in internal communities, share insights, and contribute to peer learning.
- Technical Proficiency: Continuously build your skills through training to better serve customers.
- Product Feedback: Identify recurring issues and contribute to product/process improvement by escalating to engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- OR 1+ years of experience in technical support, consulting, or IT
- OR 3+ years of hands-on experience in the same fields
- OR equivalent experience
- Language:
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Security Requirements:
- Must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire and every two years thereafter
- Must meet all Microsoft, customer, or government screening requirements
